Homework and iPads in Room E202

Homework will begin being sent home on

Monday, August 28th. Homework is to be completed each night and turned in on Fridays. Homework will consist of a reading log and a math log. Later we will add work work to homework and reading responses. Homework will be on the Showbie app and students may need to use other apps to complete their homework. If a student does not bring their homework home, they will receive a paper copy. They will be required to read a book for 20 minutes, use flash cards, and complete the math pages that are included. When students log onto their iPads at home for the first time, they will need to log in using their google account information. Their google login is located on the inside of their iPad case. Once you connect to wifi and log into google, your child will be able to access the internet. The google login is required because it will keep students connected to the filters that we have provided throughout the district.

When the iPads go home for the first night, parents and children will be required to fill out an iPad acceptance form. Please note the condition of the iPad and read over the pricing if an item is lost or damaged you will be required to pay the fees. The lease agreement is just for use of the iPad at school/home, this does not cover damaged or lost items.
