Meet the Teacher 

 

Hello everyone!  My name is Ms. Sendelbach, and I am beyond excited to be a part of the Kennedy 3rd grade team, but I am most excited to be your third grade teacher!  This year is going to be full of lots of learning and new adventures.  I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us!  I can’t wait to get to know all of you, but first I am going to tell you a few things about myself: 

I live in Chicago. I am very close to my family and I love spending time with them.  I graduated from Illinois State University in 2011.  This is my 8th year of teaching.  I finished Graduate School at National Louis University and I now have my Reading Specialist Degree. I also have my English as a Second Language Endorsement. I am excited to teach third grade because you are going to learn and grow so much.  I am going to help you become a rock star learner & help you reach for the starts this year! 

 When I am not at school I love to read, spend time with my family and friends, travel, go shopping, cook, & bake.  I am so excited for you to be a part of this awesome class! We are going to have a rockin’ good time in third grade!
